Please read these conditions carefully. Your reservation and payment for a Good Mood SafariŽ constitutes acceptance of them.
GOOD MOOD SAFARI ELIGIBILITY
In order to ensure congenial travelling companions, Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a Safari participant and to expel from the Safari any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest and safety of the Safari group.
DISABILITIES/MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you are unable to do light walking, the Good Mood SafariŽ is not appropriate for you.
The Good Mood SafariŽ is best suited to people who are mobile, able to climb stairs and walk distances without difficulty. You must be able to carry your own baggage, sometimes up and down stairs, get on and off coaches, boats, or other forms of transport and keep up with the demands of a physically active schedule without assistance.
If you have any medical conditions that would be important to know in the case of an emergency, please complete the relevant part of the booking form. The Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to consider the information provided by you and to request any further information it considers necessary before it can accept your reservation.
DIETRY RESTRICTIONS
We will make every effort to accommodate your special dietary and/or food allergy requirements but are unable to guarantee that we will be able to cater for your specific needs. In signing this registration form you accept and understand these conditions.
SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort of all participants, no smoking will be allowed during lectures or on transport. Sufficient stops will be made along the way to accommodate those who smoke.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
If you chose to pay by credit card, we will accept Mastercard or Visa.
Please note that where payment is made by cheque, moneys will not be considered as received until funds are cleared.
Until The Good Mood SafariŽ has received the correct payment, no contract exists between you and the Company.
We reserve the right to correct an error in an advertised price until your account is paid in full.
PRICES
The prices on the Good Mood SafariŽ website, calculated on known costs at the time of publication, are in Australian Dollars and include commissions, booking fees, GST where relevant and communication costs.
Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to alter these prices without notice if there is an increase in costs to it.
If we receive the balance of your payment within 14 days of the date of your invoice, we can guarantee you will pay no surcharges. No surcharge will be made once you have paid in full.
The price of your Good Mood SafariŽ includes a number of elements that together make up a program. We regret that we are unable to make any refund related to the cost of any individual element that you choose not to take.
ITINERARY CHANGES
The Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to make alterations to your Safari. If this is necessary, we will inform you as early as possible and you will be entitled to a prompt and full refund. Alternatively, you will have the choice of accepting the alteration or accepting a Safari of comparable standard, if available.
CANCELLATION
The following cancellation charges will be applied by the Good Mood SafariŽ and may be deducted from any refund of moneys if you cancel your booking.
The Good Mood SafariŽ will allow you to transfer your booking to a friend or colleague if they are appropriate.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
The Good Mood SafariŽ does not include travel insurance in the price but strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you against unavoidable cancellation, personal loss and medical expenses.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
The Good Mood SafariŽ or its servants, agents or employees are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved, caused by any other entity or person during the travel program. Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars, or other such causes.
The Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgement, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the program. The Good Mood SafariŽ reserves the right to withdraw without penalty any program announced.
All parties also reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the Safari, or to require any participant to withdraw from the Safari at any time, when such action is determined by the group leader to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the group or of the individual participant.
Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owner at all times.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
I/We acknowledge that, from time to time, information provided to the Good Mood SafariŽ will be of a personal nature ("Personal Information").
I/We acknowledge that, from time to time, the Good Mood SafariŽ may disclose any personal information to domestic persons or organisations for the purposes of making and completing Safari related arrangements on my/our behalf. This personal information may also be used to conduct in house or external marketing activities and market research. You can gain access to the information the Good Mood SafariŽ holds about you by contacting the Privacy Officer, Good Mood SafariŽ in writing at info@goodmoodsafari.org.au.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS
Issues that arise while on Good Mood SafariŽ should be brought to the attention of your Safari Guide, so that they can be settled immediately. Once you have returned home, any questions should be forwarded via email to info@goodmoodsafari.org.au. We feel confident in our ability to work with you to resolve any problem. You must submit complaints in writing within three weeks of your return so that we can attend to them promptly.
